The Moss Boss herself! Hayley's creativity, hard work, & determination are what make Moss, MOSS. She is a leader of many, serving on the Chamber of Commerce board, fundraising & volunteering around town, networking with other local business owners, & sharing her knowledge of retail & creative marketing.
When she's not at Moss or Mood, you can find Hayley fossil-hunting & rock-hounding, making jewelry, road tripping, running marathons, & hiking around the beautiful Olympic Peninsula.

We were lucky enough to steal Heather from the East Coast back in 2021 and haven’t looked back since. Her attention to detail and easy-going personality keep Moss runnning smoothly. When Heather isn’t at the shop you’ll find her on an adventure with her husband or cuddling her sweet cat.

To know Net is to love Net. Her energy fills the store the moment she walks in and that is what we love the most about her. Her array of skills makes her such an important part of Moss. Net started at Moss back in June of 2022 and she was helping to curate social media content and that was when we decided we couldn’t get enough of her and brought her on part time. When Net isn’t making us laugh at the shop you can find her out in nature with her friends.

Tanis!
Tan! What would we do without her keen eye for merchandising? She moved to Port Angeles in the Summer of 2022 and when she came in as a customer we just knew she needed to be a part of our family. Her happy spirit and ability to make anyone feel comfortable are what make her such a good part of Moss. When she isn’t at the shop you can find her on a hike with her husband and her dogs Ember & Vera.

Our dynamic marketing guru with a green thumb and a passion for the arts! Mia moved here from Bellingham, WA where she gained 9 years of choir and operatic singing experience. Beyond her marketing and music prowess, she is your go-to for all things plants, considering her last job was at a plant nursery. You need a plant doctor or advice with putting plants in your space? Reigning from the sunny beaches of Southern California, Travis is our stockroom extroadinaire. Introducing our four-legged fashionista and loyal companion, Mango! As the adorable mascot of our shop, Mango exudes style with a wagging tail and a smile, no really, an actual smile. With an innate sense of flair, he is a trendsetter in the canine world. Always ready for a paw-some photo op and a treat from our Dog Treets door.
